1. Introduction
This page explains the return and refund conditions applicable to purchases made through the website www.donpanino.es, operated by Nebulosa Omega S.L.. These conditions apply to orders shipped within Spain, the European Union, and non-EU countries.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the product, without the need to provide any justification.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
- The product must be intact, unused and unwashed.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in case of change of mind, incorrect size or non-liked product.
3. Products excluded from withdrawal
- Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalized items.
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
4. Return procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must contact support by sending an email to
- Order number
- Full name
- Product to be returned
- Reason (optional)
Once verified, the customer will receive the address and instructions for the return.
5. Refunds
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal).
6. Defective or incorrect products
If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must notify it within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos documenting the issue.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Nebulosa Omega S.L.
