3. Acceptance of the Terms

To place orders through the online store, users may create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up to date information. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under their account.

The order process is carried out online and generally includes:

- Entering shipping and billing details.
- Confirming the order and paying via PayPal.

Nebulosa Omega S.L. reserves the right to refuse any order in cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal, which offers high security standards. Nebulosa Omega S.L. does not store any credit card or bank account details.
Orders placed through Glovo are processed and paid directly on the Glovo platform according to their own terms and conditions.
8. Shipping and delivery times
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- Spain: approximately 3 to 7 business days.
- European Union: approximately 5 to 10 business days.
- Other countries: variable, depending on the destination.
These time frames are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs procedures.
9. International deliveries and customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges will be borne by the customer.
10. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the products, provided that the items have not been used and are returned in perfect condition, with original packaging.
Personalised products made to the customer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
11. Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with consumer protection laws. In the event of a defective product, Nebulosa Omega S.L. may proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, or refund.
12. Limitation of liability
